The judging process consists of two stages, the initial shortlisting judging and the final judging. The shortlisting process is taken out by a panel of judges, with a minimum of five separate judges assessing each and every application.
The final judging takes place in a single day in mid-October with over fifteen international and local judges. The judges are allocated a full day to judge the shortlisted applications. This judging day is done under the guidance and auditing of Deloitte Myanmar. The results are then audited and confidentially reserved by Deloitte until the Myanmar Employer Awards Gala night.
